In comparison to the last part you modeled, this should be relatively easy. Due to the reason that there are similar features and sketches for these can be easily copied and utilized multiple times.

Exercise

As in the case of other parts, you should perhaps start modeling around origin and keep the part symmetric about the original planes. Perhaps the first feature should be the centre bulge on which there's a protrusion and a threaded hole and around are other faced attached. After the main feature is made, all other secondary features can be modeled subsequently by utilizing the main body.
